CONCORD - Daniel Adam Freda, 24, of 9311 Lake Point Court, died unexpectedly Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2007, at his sister's residence. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Whitley's Funeral Home Annex Chapel. Burial will be at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Whitley's Funeral Home Annex Chapel. Danny was born Sept. 2, 1983, in Mineola, N.Y., the son of Charlotte Freda Fannon of Concord. Danny was an area resident since 1994 and a 2001 graduate of A.L. Brown High School. He was employed at B.J.'s Wholesale Club in Concord and was of the Catholic faith. Survivors include his parents, Charlotte and Edward Fannon of Concord; sisters, Jessica Geddings and husband Jerry, Jamie Fannon and Cheryl Fannon, all of Concord; brother, Eddie Fannon Jr., of Concord; nephew, Haiden Fannon of Concord; nieces, Alyssa, Madison and Rachel Geddings, all of Concord; grandparents, Diana and Fiore Freda, and Francis and Florence Fannon, all of Long Island, N.Y.; and uncle, Robert Freda, of Long Island, N.Y. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation - Charlotte Chapter, 9140 Arrow Point Blvd. #380, Charlotte, NC 28273, or Victory Junction Gang Camp, 4500 Adam's Way, Randlemann, NC, 27317. Hey ddpBANG - thanks for leaving the link to that page. I truly hope that Daniel's family and friends know that the Tpww community also mourn the loss of, and yet celebrate the life and memories of Daniel.
