The Rated R spinner belt?

I know whoever has the title is just keeping it warm for Cena and all, but with him gone at least another couple of months, why not a new belt, spinner or otherwise? Hell, imagine how easily they could take one of the replicas and paint over the Centerpiece with something new...A spinning iron cross for Triple H, Orton's logo, or a Spirograph for Jeff to stare at. They don't have to do a radically different design to make it look a little less like Cena's belt.
