Know what I don't like

..when steel cage matches sanction, or especially when they use, pinfalls and submissions for victory. Kinda defeats the purpose. Why not just have the escape through the door or over the top rule.
Furthermore, I don't really like when the door is opened by the ref. It should be kept latched, or even locked

What do you think?
