Some game about corporate advancement. Only isn't of hard work getting you to the top, it is a game about backstabbing, politics, ass kissing, intimidations, and occasionally beating up your co-works with the end goal of being CEO or CFO of the company.

I imagine you could start as a handful of entry level positions like mail room, junior accountant, secretary, or something like that. Also have different traits for the different career courses. Have non-playable positions that you have to learn to manipulate like security guards, janitors, and so forth. Also, depending on if you character is a man or a woman, have the ability to seduce your bosses and sleep with them for advancement or control.

Just a thought.
