stupid custom error page

when my internet doesnt find a page, instead of going to the usual "cannot display page" or whatever it always goes to http://www.bestoftheweb.cc/errorpage/

anyone know a way to fix this

its annoying because i always have to press back twice, and like a quick twice because it automatically forwards to that page
