Some RANDOM THOUGHTS about Cena, CM Punk, Orton, Your mom, WWE direction, etc.

Some RANDOM THOUGHTS about Cena, CM Punk, Orton, Your mom, WWE direction, etc.

-I was a little disappointed by some of the attitudes that I saw on here when it was discovered that Cena was injured. Don't hate the man....hate the character. The truth about Cena is that the guy busts his butt, has a great attitude backstage, and is willing to help put guys over (i.e. Batista, JBL). Seriously - which other wrestler in recent era has publicly admitted that "the better man won" when referencing his opponent? (Cena did this to both HHH and Batista). I truly hope Cena recovers quickly.

-Count me as someone that is loving CM Punk's world title run. I originally wasn't too thrilled about the idea but I'm starting to like it. In today's WWE, it's extremely hard to 'over' at times. Instead of going the traditional way, the WWE used their World title belt to help get a guy over. Insane? Yes. Creative? Yes. Is it working? I think so. CM Punk's cheers are starting to get louder. Major props to JBL for putting him over cleanly.

-Orton and Priceless would make for an interesting stable....and will probably happen upon Orton returning.

-I said it late last year and I'll say it again: If the WWE TRULY wants to move forward as a company, they will need to focus MORE on character maximization as opposed to who is heel and face.
The world is very different from what it was in 1996. The fans will NEVER fully respect someone that kisses their ass. The fans WANT and NEED characters. This is the exact reason why guys like Lesnar, Guerrero, Angle, Orton, and HHH all garnered their loudest cheers as "bad guys" (and when they became "good guys", saw their pops die down considerably).

I saw 'Dark Knight' on opening night. Want to know what happened? The people in our theatre gave Joker a standing ovation when he did the "magic trick" and shoved the black guy's face into the pencil.

Long story short - Let a guy like Cena say whatever he wants when he does a promo. If the fans are booing him? Let Cena tell the fans to STFU. Let Cena do a 'rap' which disses the fans. The Rock's run back in 03' (i.e. the night after he beat Hogan and then asked the fans whether they wanted to cheer or boo him) is another tremendous example.

Oddly enough - once The Rock started acting like a prick, the guy started getting cheered huge once again. The WWE fans are like women. If you kiss their ass....they won't respect you. If you maximize your personality....you will be loved. Plain and simple.

My concern for Santino Marella right now, is that the WWE will try and convert him into a face (along with Beth Phoenix). Hopefully, they do NOT go this route.

-I am LOVING Jericho's character right now. I haven't loved Jericho this much in about 7 years. The only thing that I'd suggest here, is to change his music. Even though his entrance music is cool, he is no longer "Y2J". Something similar to his "King of My World" theme from 03' would fit his character a lot better.

-I'm not liking the way D'Lo is being pushed. I'd like to see D'Lo be more energetic and verbal in the ring (like he was 6 years ago).

-I hope Triple H and Batista have a world title match at Wrestlemania (maybe even title vs. title). Both men have the history, and current storyline friendship to make it intriguing.

-It's sad to see Jeff Hardy being pissed away on Smackdown. He should've stayed on RAW. Big Show and Kennedy have also been useless. What's the deal with Carlito? Is he staying or going from the WWE?

-I'm liking Kane's new character. Although this sounds cheesy, I wouldn't mind seeing Undertaker somehow "transferring" his powers to Kane before he retires (I know it sounds gay, but whatever). The WWE could use a legit. main event Kane.
