He spoke at the start of the CBS show. He never dropped out. Let's make that clear now. The commission would not let him fight. Ken wanted to fight and was told he could at least 3 times that day before being told no for 100%.

1 - Not a supposed cut. It's totally legit. Only thing Ken Shamrock could have done was get it cleaned and glued it shut and tried to keep it secret.

2 - The commission would have never allowed Kimbo vs. Arlovski and Arlovski had a big enough fight anyway.
