Remember when I said that Nog > Mir when it comes to coaching?

TUF finals for the Lightweight Division were two Team Nog guys. Efrain wins a decision after dominating the first two rounds and surviving a bad spot in round 3.

For Lightheavyweight Division, Ryan "Darth" Bader, the guy Nog picked to win it all, took on Vinny Mal... the guy who claimed not picking him first was "the biggest mistake on the whole show." The only finalist from Team Mir. How bad was that mistake? Bader by first round KO.

Eye poke victim gets revenge by head kick.

Junie had a good fight and seems to have learned from getting humbled. He's also got a good team behind him, and I think he'll be better in the cage.

The Polish Experiment guy, aka the prankster, won. Messed up the guy's shoulder in the process. He apologized, all around a good guy.

J-Mac got owned.
