Anyone here use to watch Velocity?

I remember a while back while Velocity was still on there was this wrestler who debut on Velocity who was trained by Dean Malenko. He had the same kinda grappling style and I think even used the Texas Clover Leaf as his finisher. He won a few matches here and there but didnt make a huge impact. I was watching some great Malenko matches on youtube and I was just wondering if anyone knew who that was?
