Should he ever be in the Hall of Fame? (Warrior)

So I've asked questions about people who have maybe havent had a "Rick Flair" like accomplishments like Brooklyn Brawler or someone like Goldberg who didnt have a long run in the WWE but what do you think about the Ultimate Warrior? He was a former world champ but he really didnt do much as far as backstage like Brawler did or was the main draw of another company like DDP or Goldberg. I was looking back at some of his "promos" and I dont think anyone knew what he was saying (including him). So do you think that the Ultimate Warrior should ever get into the WWE hall of fame or not?
