So I watched ECW drunk...

Here are my drunk Noid thoughts:

* Gregory Helms is doing a good job of playing his character. I just like the way he is doing it -- he's found a note to play it where it isn't the parody it was before, but a serious way of grasping onto a concept that connects with fans. Also, fuck "Hurricane Helms," he should just be "The Hurricane."

* Paul Burchill is bizarrely entertaining. He's trying really hard to be more than just a "good worker." Hopefully it gets noticed. I can so see him becoming a "super villain" to battle Hurricane.

* I'd bang Katie Lea sideways, but after seeing the women I saw tonight, she's not your stereotypical idea of hot. She needs to wrestle.

* William Regal is pure greatness. Everything he does is awesome. Nothing is wrong. He makes me mark out, laugh and respect him all at the same time.

* Abraham Washington actually has a pretty sweet gig. For a lot of guys, getting no reaction is a death sentence -- he actually makes it work for him. Seeing him interact with Goldust was actually awesome, too. Goldust can be funny, and Washington, despite playing a "not funny" character does so really well.

* Yoshi Tatsu is pretty fucking over for a guy who doesn't really do anything. He and Zack Ryder needed a lot more time for their match. The fans were just getting into it.

* Courtney Taylor is really fucking hot, and actually seems to know what she is doing.

* Vladimir Kozlov's titantron has more personality than he does.

* Ezekiel Jackson is pretty cool. Regal didn't seem to have a clue he was going to turn on Christian (in a kayfabe sense). Maybe we can segue into Christian vs. Jackson from here?
