I'd suggest Orton but I'd tweak it to have Orton more low key Psychotic only really showing the "Loose Cannon" side when hes especially agitated

Or give it to Edge since his character is somewhat crazy anyway

Dolph Ziggler actually showed a bit of an unhinged character for a while on SD! when matches didn't go his way
