Couple things I dunno if I can agree with, though: Edge and Jericho never came close to stealing the show at Mania, and I was a little surprised about what he said about Attitude vs. PG - Attitude Jericho was freaking tremendous from 99 to 03, especially that stuff with Stephanie.
I don't think his criticisms of the attitude era are unfounded. I believe what he meant to say he didn't like was the midcard Jerry Springer stuff, which was indeed a bit embarassing at times. It worked, which is why they did it, but it wasn't exactly the greatest stuff ever.
I don't think he was referring to the main event, or uppermidcard, which includes most of his work. He has said overwhelmingly positive things in the past about Austin vs McMahon, The Rock, DX, Foley, etc.
