The Lessons Learned in ECW Do Not Apply to the WWE

I loved ECW. I think Paul Heyman is awesome. The only wrestler I love more than Taz is the Miz and that applies only to character and not in-ring ability. I lived in Florida and was lucky enough to see ECW live twice. I met Dawn Marie and marked the fuck out. I have chanted "E-C-DUB".

Even if ECW had not gone bankrupt, ECW would never have emerged as true competition to McMahon or the WWE. WWE at its most edgey was still geared towards the main-stream and has always been about making a profit. ECW was never on the same scale as the WWE and never would have been. Things that worked for ECW would not necessarily work to the same extent in the WWE. Regardless of what you think of WWE programming it works and is making money.

Also, TNA is not the new ECW. They had a chance to be 5 years ago but, now they're just TNA.

It's time to make TPWW MEAT again!

Quote:
Unlike traditional grills which cook food from a single, direct heat source, the Pit Barrel® Cooker’s cylindrical shape and “Hook-and-Hang” method places the food in the center of the action, heating the meat from all sides at once, producing consistently great-tasting, perfectly cooked meat every time.

Also have some popcorn.
