Matt was clearly the one calling the matches and putting things together. He took just as many bumps as jeff but they weren't the big spots so jeff overshadows him and people forget what matt did.
Val Venis was a great wrestler with a controversial gimmick that was over - though not even close to the way the hardy's and later jeff were over.
Val never really made it and Matt and Jeff never lived up to their potential after the split. Matt's an internet crybaby and Jeff's a drug addict.
If you think Val's bitter, incoherent ranting is something cool I'm not sure it's a great reflection on you as a person. The whole thing is pretty sad really.

Jeff got to the main event eventually in WWE. It was Matt that never really hit a peak despite there being several oppurtunities.
I don't think Val is all that bitter. I think he sounds more pissed off and annoyed about how the Hardy's go about their business and how they are basically marks for themselves while Venus accepted role after role without so much as a peep.
