Loving Tasky . According to Destructoid, a single run through arcade mode nets you 2000PP, so unlocking shouldn't be bad.

Also had a ridic dream last night where I found the strategy guide for this game and it had a bunch of characters who aren't in, like Hawkeye and some basketball playing guy who was supposedly from Street Fighter 3, but in reality never existed at all.
