Splaya got the bus to Rep Town and repped it up real bad at the rep shop (100,000+)

Has the WWE ever done anything this interactive...

Have they ever done a show where they have had the hell in a cell constructed above the ring, and lowered it around the ring and allowed fans inside the ring. I know its a crazy concept, but would any of you want to be in there?
