I think some reviews or reports were saying the reason The Rock's opener was a bit long was him having to stall for time because the WWE messed up with getting something ready or didn't plan the timing parts for the whole event.

After the Rock, the WWE almost redid the opening to Mania with the pyro and music even though moments earlier they did the same for the opener and the anthem singing.
