There also seems to be a special edition in Europe as well as the poster/rupee case on the previous page. The special addition is said to come with this ocarina and woodlike pen:

I've not seen any official word from Nintendo on any of these extras and I can't see them on any shop sites. The game is less than a month away. I'd thought they'd have these officially announced or up for preorder by now.
