Goslyn Mallard = Darkwing Duck?
Launchpad McQuack = Dead? Alive? Retired mechanic?
Muddlefoots (the neighbors) = Going in with them being dead
Honker = Currently incarcerated (will become the cliche' former friend villain/antihero?)

Villains
Bushroot's Unnamed Daughter = At some point Bushroot finally found companionship and was able to plant his seed. A character driven by tragedy seems to be an essential nowadays so here's ours.

DUNNO. Sounds good enough for tv for me so far.
