For those that are having problem either downloading or finding the DLC pack for Skarlet, the problem is due to the DLC pack being too buggy and unstable when it was released on the XBLA marketplace.

The problem appears to be related to the Season Pass and the character keeps showing up as a 400 MS point purchase when earlier reports stated she was supposed to be free for a limited time.

The compatibility and/or bug fix patch meant to be released at the same time also ended up being too buggy.
