Yeah, I know what a "skinny fat guy" is. It's possible that it's an inside joke between Punk and HHH since Punk is a skinny fat guy, but somehow I don't think he meant it in that context lol I think he was supposed to say "skinny punk ass" or something like that. But who knows.
