The Charismatic Enigma is the focus of this week�s �Before or After�. Ever the risk taker, he defies gravity (and sometimes, logic) whenever he steps into the ring. What I wanna know is do you think Jeff Hardy was better before or after the end of his first TNA stint, which was around mid-2006?
