WOW I can't believe it's really happening: The Rise of Daniel Bryan

Perhaps it is but I dare say tis not too early to say Daniel Bryan is now a WWE Main Eventer. The evidence is gathered from Michael Cole's reaction to him this past Monday Night Raw. Even at the Rumble he was making fun of him, saying he was undeserving and then the very next night it was like none of that happened. Now there was one moment where King reminded Cole that he hates Daniel Bryan and Cole did confirm that up unto a point.

Upon further investigation of the topic you may find that Daniel Bryan has been in the main event at most WWE Live's Events with WWE's main event jobber "The Big Show" for the majority of January. You may also see that he is wearing the World Heavyweight Title and is billed as 210lbs... That's impressive.

Now for myself I wish I could say I watched ROH from it's birth but truthfully I didn't. ROH wasn't the alternative for me that ECW was, but I knew it was the g-spot of the IWC for several years and would watch clips and keep up with the big news stories that developed. If you were in the same boat then you would be more than familiar with Bryan Danielson, CM Punk, Samoa Joe and Nigel McGuiness. Two went to TNA... and the other two hold the most prestigious championship's in the business today, and faced off in a Raw classic last night, champion vs champion.

In the match last night the WWE Universe didn't see the Daniel Bryan that cashed in his Money In The Bank contract on the incapacitated Big Show, or the weasel vegan who has narrowly escaped destruction and defeat the hands of WWE's largest Giant on more than one occasion. We saw The American Dragon, the guy who seems to channel the spirit of Stu Hart and systematically stretch and submit his opponent in a variety of ways, usually showing something we have never seen before in WWE. Bryan and Punk were given exactly what they both need to become household names to the WWE Universe, time. They were given time to do exactly what they do best, and wasn't it awesome?

You can see my personal opinion is yes, Daniel Bryan is now apart of the WWE main event scene. If you disagree tell me why, explain the difference between another rising start like Dolph Ziggler, Alberto Del Rio, or Mark Henry and Daniel Bryan.
