Who would you like to see go into the Hall of Fame, but never will?

Can be for whatever reason, such as you liked them but they were not over enough (Kurrgan), they are not the WWE fit for a hall of fame inductee (New Jack), or they brought disrepute to wrestling (Chris Benoit).
