Someone explain the kayfabe corporate structure of WWE to me.

Vince is Chairman but isn't allowed to run the day-to-day business. That's handled by HHH who is the COO who in turn isn't allowed to run Raw or SmackDown. That job falls to Bg Johnny...who can still be fired by Vince!?
