Well, think about it. Ryback is always saying "FEED ME MORE" and Del Rio is very pissed so he needs to take his anger out on someone. Del Rio is a big guy and former world champ so it's not like he's a smuck. It would slow down Ryback so he doesn't burn out too fast, and some "credibility" in going toe to toe with a former world champ
