Will Cena end up breaking/tying Flair's 16 title mark?

Assuming the very high likelihood Cena is winning at Mania this year either from a potential triple threat or getting his "win" back from The Rock, he would end up with 13 major title reigns.

Do you think Cena will actually end up passing or tying Flair's 16 championship mark? Also do you think the WWE would treat Cena as being bigger than Hogan in terms of biggest WWE star ever?

Even if he didn't win the title at mania, he'd probably have at least another 5 years to pull it off based on how heavily the WWE revolves around him. Also a 13th reign would end up tying Triple H for most in recent history (Edge only had 11).
