I really like the directon Daniel Bryan is going at the moment.
I like Team Hell No, and I was worried that their momentum might stall after finally dropping the tag straps to The Shield, but they've seemed to actually kick it up a notch since then. I like the new dynamic between the team of Daniel Bryan feeling like a weak link and Kane (of all people) trying to convince him that he's not. Bryan was a man on fire during the six man tag on Raw, and even though nobody watches Smackdown, he went apeshit versus Jack Swagger, and it was also awesome.
The relationship between Kane and Bryan has been one of the most sensical ( ) and well-sustained things in recent WWE history, and the team really has seemed to do wonders for both guys. This will inevitably lead to a break up of the team, but it will actually feel like a moment when it happens, I think. Kudos to all involved. That said, this fire that Bryan has been showing as of late has really gotten me amped up. I think that once Team Hell No dissolves, he has potential at being a top tier champion once again. I really wouldn't mind him as WWE champion at some point. He's ridiculously over, ridiculously talented, and extremely versatile. I really think the momentum from this "feud" can propel him into the main event as a mainstay for the rest of his career. Your thoughts? |
