In fairness, he still doesn't have to touch the campaign mode between getting the game and the release.

Especially if he has a backlogue of games and no interest in the campaign.

GTAO is a primary draw for a lot of people I've seen. I'm betting even a bunch of the pre-orders will skip out on the offline play.

I will not be one of them, but still.
