Does the game actually put bounties on people by itself? I ask because a friend of mine got one and the only person in the lobby besides himself that was leveled enough to call one in was me. And I didn't call it in. Though I did cash it in.
yea. it happened to me, alone, right after i met with lester. though i walked outside and jacked a car that simeon needed. so it could be that, too
