I had a noid post about why it shouldn't be certain people, but the question is who should it be, not why does everyone else kinda suck.

Samoa Joe. He has been constantly with the company, primarily as a face, in the singles division. He really evolved there, unlike (INSERT YOUR FAVORITE FORMER WWE WRESTLER HERE) when they jumped to TNA.
