So right now Littlefinger is both the Lord of the Riverlands after it was handed to him after the red wedding, and is also now the Lord of the Vale...So he has 2 of the 7 Kings under his control?

And with Sansa in theory being the Heir to Winterfell, if he finds a way to marry her he will have the 3 northern kingdoms on lockdown.
