Do you wanna see another "Body" in the WWE?
The Narcissistic gimmick is one that has been done since the beginnings of professional wrestling. Tyler Breeze is doing a great job with the male model gimmick in NXT but it doesn't have that "spectacle" aspect to it like Luger or Rude had. Would you like to see a guy in today's WWE that is that 300 lb 4% bodyfat, and just looks like he's "chiseled out of stone"?
