Well, maybe or maybe not. But I will make these statements mainly to see what people think about them.

1. La Parka was the most charismatic of the Masked Luchadores: I feel like Bischoff could have gotten more bang for his cruiserweight buck if he just brought in Rey, Psychosis, Juvy, and La Parka. Leaving the rest behind. And of those four, La Parka was the most interesting. If he was able to speak english, he could have been bigger than Rey, draw wise.

2. Every modern American "Flippy McKickpad" today owes their career to Sean Waltman: Many people consider him the patron saint of "X-Pac Heat." Those who followed Global remember his time as the Lightning Kid. You want to talk about someone who came out 20 years too soon? That was Waltman. He more or less created the style used by every spot monkey today.
