DISCUSSION - Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Bill Goldberg - last match for both men. Still possible?
DISCUSSION - Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Bill Goldberg - last match for both men. Still possible?
From what I gather from the following video clip (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5_6inH-rA4), Goldberg would be open to having one final match in the WWE even though he's not on the best terms with Triple H and Vince McMahon. Being the competitive guy that he is, I think Austin would like to end his wrestling career on a "win" as well......and more importantly, getting a good pay day out of it. Although it is 15 years too late, I think an Austin/Goldberg match would still pique interest, and that if you're going to do something like that, you should do it now before it truly is too late (i.e. Goldberg is 48 years old while Austin is 50). They did HHH vs. Sting this year so why not do a REAL "best of WWE vs. best of WCW?" Wrestlemania is also in Texas next year. |
