Did Rollins/Ambrose go to far last night?

Recently, we have seen Daniel Bryan's career put in serious jeopardy as a result of his years in the ring and hard hitting style. We have also seen Tyson Kidd receive a career threatening spinal injury from an innocuous looking move, a freak accident.

When you think about just how easy it is to pick up a serious injury in the ring, did the two men in the title match go too far?

I am referring particularly to the powerbombs. I will admit to being pretty clueless on how certain moves should be taken, but there looked to be no safe way of taking those last night. I am sure he took all the precautions he could, but it looked like Ambrose ended up short both times and that any number of back, neck, tailbone, or even head injuries could have resulted from a slip or a random landing. It seemed to be up to chance.

Was it too far? It made me uncomfortable watching and wondering about how long guys like this will last if they are doing this 2 or 3 times a month to try and steal the show.
