Has anyone seen this movie?

It's starring Harvey Keitel, and it's about a NYPD cop who is investigating the rape of a nun. But Keitel is really into alcohol, drugs, and sex.

Even though that is the listed plot, it really doesn't have a plot. It's more of a character study.

I haven't ever heard of it until yesterday when I saw it on IFC.

Beware, Harvey Keitel goes full frontal nudity for a good 30 seconds.
