QUESTION - Do you think a "Matrix Reboot" could work?
QUESTION - Do you think a "Matrix Reboot" could work?
Matrix 1, 2, an 3, all took place between 1999 and 2003. Given what we've seen from Batman, Superman, Spiderman, Ninja Turtles,...and lets be honest, X-Men, 13 years is a pretty lengthy and acceptable amount of time. I'd have Christian Bale play the role of Neo, but I'm a Christian Bale/Batman mark and so I'm ridiculously biased. What do you guys think? I think it could be pulled off, and even successful. In the original Batman movies (1989 - 1997), the series was generally considered "good", but with a lot leaving to be desired. Eight years later, Batman Begins hit the screens and most of us were completely blown away by the trilogy that followed. Perhaps a Matrix Reboot, and new trilogy, can amends to what many considered to be a 'let down' in the original Matrix 2 and 3? |
