Ultimately, I think it's all Dixie's fault. She was too stupid to take Heyman's offer. Instead she took the offer of two guys (Hogan and Bischoff) who only capitalized and built on the success of others (Turner's money and Vince's building of superstar Hogan and guys like Scott, Kevin, etc.) instead of taking the offer of someone who can take underutilized or underdeveloped talent and help them to become bigger and/or better stars than what they were. The latter, of which Heyman could've done, is what TNA really needed.
