It has fewer wrestlers and big stars but they've done a lot better job of using everyone for meaningful stuff than RAW has since the brand split.

The draft basically just gave them NXT and the main roster's women's division midcards outside of Becky and they've slowly been developing them into bigger stars. Only real bust was Eva but her ceiling for success was always going to be low.
