Outside of a couple of wrestlers, whole division has been handled poorly ever since its debut on RAW.

Gets worse when supposedly Vince wanted total control or his vision done and this is the end result so far. Even worse when he's supposedly starting to lose interest which is why the matches are shrinking in time.
