Race really stuck out when he first came to the WWF. I have his first few Madison Square Garden matches saved. While guys like Tito Santana and Bret Hart were putting guys in and out of holds, Harley was just throwing bomb after bomb, suplex after suplex. It was an organized car wreck. I think his first match was Lanny Poffo and he just beat the shit out of him. Took crazy bumps too (something Lawler was allergic to)
