Went to Warped Tour yesterday

Yeah it was an awesome show. I went with a bunch of friends, we had a great time. We cut the entire 2 hour line to get in because we knew these girls at the front of the line.

First band I saw was Rufio. I don't like them really, they kinda sucked live too. After that I got something to eat. As I was walking I saw a sign that said that the Early November was playing a surprise set on a small stage. That made my day so much better, for they rule. After that I watched Billy Talent. They were awesome, and the lead singer is a psychopath/the man. He was talking about how he was from Canada, when I realized his voice sounds like Terrance and Philip's.

After that, I saw the band that sold me my ticket, Thursday. Holy crap it was crazy. For some reason they only played like 6 songs but it was incredible as they always were live. I was in the pit, I could barely breathe. I got hit REALLY hard in the arm, I thought I broke it. It's still really swollen, maybe I should get it checked out. After that I checked out Story of the Year and they put on a good show but I didn't want to get up close because my arm fucking hurt like hell. Coheed was on after them and they put on a great show as always, with Claudio playing the guitar with his teeth and what not.

Yeah, NFG was up after them, and meh, kind of mediocre. After that I searched like hell for the stage The Early November would be playing on and I finally found it. They may have put on the performance of the day. My arm hurt like hell but I couldn't help getting into the pit for Every Night's Another Story. After that I caught a few minutes of Piebald's set, they were good. I kind of wanted to see Hidden In Plain View after them, but I skipped it so I could get a good spot for Taking Back Sunday, who were awesome as per usual. I checked out Yellowcard after TBS, they were decent, but I'm not a big fan or anything so I didn't get really close.

Yeah, so it was a good time. Met up with a bunch of people I knew, bought some shirts (Early November and Thursday), was groped by disgusting girls as always and basically made an ass out of myself while hearing some great bands. I had seen all of them already (except TEN), but still, an awesome day. It was fucking hot as hell, but well worth it.
