I think WWE refuses to turn babyfaces heel of they know fans will like them more as heels.

WWE really needs to turn some of these guys though, assuming Reigns or Strowman end up champ at Summerslam they need better heels to fight than Jinder and Corbin.

K.O. can only carry the heels so much.

Elias is great, but I think they are going the other way with him, the guy is too over for Vince not to be salivating at the idea of booking him towards a face run.
