Either way it seems odd for a company that well off to go from owning to renting, especially long term. That is a move you make when you are cash poor. If anything they should be trying to lease their building themselves to offset some of the costs of the new rental charges.

Maybe they are doing that but I'm guessing they were looking for a better location.
