Consider Kiss and his boyfriend were upset over it, I'd consider it to be one in this case. Several of Kiss' co-workers in AEW also felt similar in Cornette crossing the line.

Cornette was specifically attacking Kiss' sexuality with his rant when he was complaining about stuff in the Battle Royal match.
