Probably not. And to be honest, there is plenty of wriggle-room in the story.

* I don't think Jim Cornette was involved in OVW at this point in time.

* Ashcraft, who apparently said he was not okay with it, is still employed by OVW from the looks of it.

* Ashcraft's own story is that he failed a piss test and got his hotel inspected because he wasn't supposed to have anyone else in there. This could be harassment if the Cornettes arranged it or whatever, but failing a piss test and violating building codes are his responsibility. A shitty thing for the Cornettes (not sure if he's lobbing the criticism at Jim or Stacey, really) to do, but not exactly criminal behavior. The guy breaking the rules is actually this Ashcraft guy.

* Re-reading them, it sounds like Stacey did try to get him fired from OVW, which is shitty. Didn't happen though. No mention of Jim doing that. There's also talk about Stacey doing a self-harm thing to try and emotionally abuse him. That seems like the closest thing to an actual crime in all this.

Sounds like Ashcraft is talking about a consensual relationship with Stacey that he wanted to get out of, Stacey got mad about, with possible stalking and harassment resulting. Ashcraft seems to believe that him getting popped for the piss test and getting inspected is the Cornettes' doing (either Stacey or Jim).

It'll be interesting to see if/how Jim addresses that.
