Many of those "affairs" sound coerced but the NDA kinda rids him of having to worry about legal ramifications. Or at least jail time. Look what happened with Cosby. NDAs got him out of prison I'm pretty sure.

That said, even without coercion or any such untowardness, I'm pretty sure it's standard practice for high-profile billionaires to get sexual partners from their workplace to sign NDAs. Even if there is no acrimony.
