Thing is, literally nobody asked him about it. Punk opened the scrum by specifically calling on a reporter he knew did improv with Colt, hence Punk baiting him by asking "do you still do improv? Who did you do improve again?" he wanted Colt's name out there to justify beginning his tirade. So he seemingly went into this scrum fully intending on doing what he did, and he said repeatedly "it's a real shame I have to spend time addressing this" when, again, nobody even asked a question about it.

Also despite his beef with Hangman for "going into business with himself" and the EVPs for starting the rumors (and again, SRS was the first one to bring up the Colt speculation and he's said the EVPs were not his source)...he spent a lot more time dragging Colt than anyone else.

For a guy who supposedly wants nothing to do with Colt anymore he sure enjoyed discussing his lawsuit in the open, calling him a leech, dragging his financial situation and on multiple times bringing up the fact that he has a shared bank account with his mom. Colt hasn't said a word about Punk publicly in years and is basically persona non grata in AEW, so why's Punk going out of his way to shit on him?

Just very strange behavior IMO.
